Creative Opportunity: “Sounds of Route 66”

we invite YOU on a Route 66 adventure!
Calling all Teens ages 12-20–Solid Rock is partnering with the Historical Route 66 Association of Arizona inviting teens to create original or recreated creative works (songs, dances, art, etc) about Route 66.
Record your song at our recording studio – for FREE, perform your Route 66 songs at our Open Mic and Jam Sessions or create Route 66 themed art (all mediums). Your creation can be as creative as you want them to be – fact or fiction. We will have cash prizes and a free art exhibit on October 10, 11 and 12 for everyone in the community to see your art!We can’t wait to see and hear YOUR Route 66 ideas! Learn how to submit below.

How To Submit:
- Art: Submit art pieces at our Phoenix or Mesa Teen Center (Mon-Fri, 2:00-7:30pm)
- Music: Speak to one of our Recording Engineers (Jefferson/Phoenix, Diego/Mesa)
- Dance: Speak to one of our Dance Directors/Instructors (Hodgie/Phoenix, Yudi/Mesa)
